Team Lake County is made up of local, state and national organizations and government entities who, together, are coordinating to help Lake County recover from the recent fires. Our role is to coordinate the deliverance of their services so there is no duplication of effort and to ensure as many people are helped as possible.

AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps) strengthens communities and develops leaders through direct, team-based national and community service. In partnership with non-profits—secular and faith based—local municipalities, state governments, federal government, national and state parks, Indian tribes, and schools, members complete service projects throughout the region they are assigned.
This church was established in the beautiful area of Lakeport, California in 1858. It is our hope to honor those who have gone before us, to encourage and disciple those who are with us and to reach out to the next generation with the good news of peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
We desire to know Christ and to make him known. We hope to be a church of love, acceptance and forgiveness. We also desire to walk in integrity, character and transparency.
California State OES has been a valuable asset in the formation of Team Lake County by providing information and coordination with State relief efforts and resources.
The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide service to people in need, to advocate for justice in social structures, and to call the entire church and other people of good will to do the same.

The Clear Lake Gleaners are currently providing food to 1,200 to 1,500 families in Lake County. We serve as the official food bank of Lake County.
Federal Emergency Management Agency
Federal Emergency Managment Agency assists in the formation of a Long Term Recovery Group by acting as an advisor to the process and a conduit through which information can flow into and out of the LTRG to/from relevant federal agencies assisting in the disaster.

Founded in 2001, Habitat for Humanity Lake County California provides high quality, affordable housing to low-to-moderate income Partner families in need. We are part of a global nonprofit housing organization, dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating, and preserving homes. We advocate for fair and just housing policies, provide training and access to resources to help families improve their housing conditions. Habitat for Humanity Lake County has established the Wildfire Rebuild Fund to facilitate in the efforts to rebuild the homes of those low-income homeowners impacted by this summer’s Valley, Rocky, and Jerusalem fires. With an estimated 20% of those affected having been uninsured, the need for funds to rebuild is great. Habitat’s initial fundraising goal for the rebuilding of homes is one million dollars, but much more will be required for the long-term recovery of our community.
Hope City is a ministry of the Hope Crisis Response Network in partnership with Middletown Bible Church, The Bridge, Santa Rosa Bible Church, Community Baptist Church and Redwood Covenant Church. Our goal is to build between 60-100 homes. This cannot be done without the commitment of local funders to help pay for the materials. Hope City does not charge for its work, so 100% of every dollar donated is matched with our volunteer labor to maximize the resource. There are no administration fees.
Lake County OES has established the Valley Fire Task Force in order to inform residents about Fire-related resources and events on thier website Lakecountyrecovers.org. TLC is coordinating with LCOES as a member of the task force in order to coordinate available volunteer resources with the County for maximum effectiveness.

Lakeview Health Center provides excellent healthcare experiences to all members of the community including those that are the most vulnerable. MCHC is a partner in community health initiatives including Hope Rising, a dedicated team of active leaders, including representatives from local Health Care, Education, and community services and partners all working together to improve quality of life for all that live in Lake County.
Lutheran Disaster Response brings God’s hope, healing and renewal to people whose lives have been disrupted by disasters in the United States and around the world. When the dust settles and the headlines change, we stay to provide ongoing assistance to those in need.
Lutheran Social Services responds when people are vulnerable due to homelessness, mental illness, drug addiction or disaster. Providing support services and compassionate guidance, we help individuals and families to stabilize their lives and become self-sufficient.
Together with our community partners, we will contribute to the self-sufficiency and long-term success of those we serve through our organization. We will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement in the economy of the communities we serve, for both its businesses and the people who comprise its workforce. In doing this work, we will enhance the future of our organization as well as the quality of life in our community. Mendo Lake Credit Union is committed to serving a wide range of nonprofit and community organizations, and is a proud sponsor of several events and programs throughout Lake and Mendocino Counties.
Mennonite Disaster Service is a volunteer network of Anabaptist churches that responds in Christian love to those affected by disasters in Canada and the United States. While the main focus is on clean up, repair and rebuilding homes, this service touches lives and nurtures hope, faith and wholeness.
To promote goodwill, betterment, and unity among the business community and to encourage support of retail and service professionals through education and awareness. This association is not a community service organization, but a group of business professionals active in the Middletown area community.
With over three and half decades of direct involvement in providing safe, decent, and affordable housing for over 13,000 people through our affordable housing and community development efforts, our strongest capabilities and skill sets include:
• Serving as the independent nonprofit general partner for affordable housing partnerships;
• Obtaining and maintaining 501(c)(3) tax exempt bond financing;
• Utilizing and maintaining IRC Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits;
• Qualifying for national, state, and local support and initiatives (real estate tax exemptions; grant programs; etc.) that make housing affordable for eligible families and individuals;
• Delivering successful affordable housing asset turn-around planning and execution;
• Providing strong affordable housing asset management and execution by creating financially stable communities;
• Serving as a national leader in designing and providing resident services, activities, and events for medium and low-income wage earners that create a sense of community and increase resident retention and loyalty; and
• Publishing articles and teaching at institutions of higher education to advance the state of affordable housing for both seniors and families.
New Harvest Community Church
NEW HARVEST COMMUNITY CHURCH is an independent and democratic organization under the lordship of Jesus Christ. The organization retains unto itself the free right of association and the exclusive right of self-government in all phases of the spiritual and temporal life. Our purpose is to serve those in need in whatever state of life they are in, to assist in their path towards reaching their full potential in the service of an altruistic existence.
NCO develops and provides services that strengthen our communities, one person at a time.
As the region's Community Action Agency, we resolve to:
Advocate on the behalf of low-income and disadvantaged people.
Encourage people to increase their participation in the community as well as all activities of North Coast Opportunities, Inc.
Encourage and facilitate the development of training and educational opportunities that increase the available resources to assist people in becoming more self-sufficient.
Facilitate cooperation among organizations, agencies and groups who share a common goal with North Coast Opportunities.
Pomo - Middletown Rancheria
Middletown Rancheria has been very active in relief efforts from the Valley Fire, having hosted Red Cross and countless community events at the Twin Pines Event Center. The Rancheria has graciously donated their event center facilities for TLC general Membership meetings and trainings, has been a key partner to the emergence of our group and continues to be a valued partner as we begin the hard work of rebuilding our community.
RCHDC is committed to being an industry leader of the North Coast of California in providing low and moderate income housing. RCHDC strives in an ongoing way to be a strong, dynamic and flexible organization; effective at achieving its mission through its efforts and its partnerships-public and private.
Organized locally, Vincentians witness God's love by embracing all works of charity and justice. The Society collaborates with other people of good will in relieving need and addressing its causes, making no distinction in those served because, in them, Vincentians see the face of Christ.
Seigler Springs Community Redevelopment Association (SSCRA) was established in the wake of the Valley Fire to develop cooperative and affordable housing solutions, educate the public in the skills of community cooperation, and provide disaster relief and recovery assistance to individuals, families and groups in Lake County.
Homeless Ministry-reaching out to the homeless on at least a weekly basis giving encouragement, prayer, food, and meeting other needs. Pacific Union College students are working with the church and St. Helena Clear Lake Hospital. A facebook group page is updated frequently.
Health Ministry contributes to the health of our community by teaching a healing lifestyle approach to personal well-being. Classes in smoking cessation, lifestyle change, and Health Screening are offered to the community.
Major partner in community Health initiatives including Hope Rising. Hope Rising Lake County is a dedicated team of active leaders, including representatives from local Health Care, Education, Non-Profit community services and partners such as The Way to Wellville, working together to improve quality of life in Lake County.
The American Red Cross, through its strong network of volunteers, donors and partners, is always there in times of need. We aspire to turn compassion into action so that... ...all people affected by disaster across the country and around the world receive care, shelter and hope; ...our communities are ready and prepared for disasters; ...everyone in our country has access to safe, lifesaving blood and blood products; ...all members of our armed services and their families find support and comfort whenever needed; and ...in an emergency, there are always trained individuals nearby, ready to use their Red Cross skills to save lives.
The Essential Public Information Center
The Essential Public Information Center provides the following services to private non-profit organizations and all types of health and safety service providers in the County of Lake, California:

Community-based disaster preparedness and emergency response planning for individuals, caregivers, families and civic organizations — compliant with federal, state, and local regulatory mandates.

Public education & outreach, and public involvement & participation networking for County of Lake compliance with federal Clean Water Act and State Water Quality Control Board safe drinking water programs.

Outreach and advocacy for (federal) Older Americans Act and (state) Older Californians Act programs to maintain the health, safety, and independence of older adults in their own homes.

Civic participation and leadership development for the conservation of public trust assets (national forests and protected waters of the United States) served by rural government enterprise agencies.

Multi-agency networking for development of alternative energy and sustainable agriculture programs, habitat and watershed protection, and locally managed health and safety services in Lake County.
