The effectiveness of Team Lake County to identify and meet the unmet needs of fire survivors in Lake County will depend mostly on the tireless work of our Case Managers.

 

Case Managers are caring individuals who take the time to learn the details of what residents need and match them up with available resorces within and without our partnerships.  This is done by establishing relationships with our residents and personally walking them through available options to meet their needs, following up regularly to see if they are thriving.
